In the past, I have used Legal Zoom for setting up my companies. Recently, I retained a personal lawyer to set up my last company. Unfortunately, the cost was four times as much as Legal Zoom, and there were no advantages.

Legal Zoom services: Business Formation, Incorporation, LLC, DBA (Doing Business As), Intellectual Property, Trademark, Copyright, Patent, Estate Planning/Wills, Living Will, Living Trust, Power of Attorney, Name Change, Divorce, and Small Claims.
